What is Fragmentor?
Fragmentor is a webbased tool that enables paying customers to create storefronts for Tebex. We are not affiliated with Tebex in any way, shape or form. We solely provide facilities for making website creation using their Headless API easier.
Fragmentor is solely responsible for hosting the frontend, we require our customers to have their own Terms of Service for the products and services they are selling. In general, Tebex's Privacy Policy holds for those stores.
What data do we collect?

Fragmentor may also receive your data indirectly via social media posts tagging or sharing Fragmentor related posts. We do not buy or otherwise receive data about you from data brokers.
Why do we collect data?
In general, fragmentor.io collects your data in order to better troubleshoot our site and the products and services we offer. We may also email or message you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like, or reach out to you regarding activity happening on your account. How you use our site is also logged for statistical analysis, again to improve our products and services.

Where do we store data?
All data that's collected such as your email address, name, location are saved on a private database. These can be changed, hidden or removed without notice, but will never be sold to third parties. Sensitive information (password, etc.) is encrypted at all times.
What are my data protection rights?
We keep your data for at least one year, counting from the time we collected the data. You may request to remove your data earlier if you so wish. Fragmentor would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following protection rights.
The right to access — You have the right to request Fragmentor for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification — You have the right to request that Fragmentor correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Fragmentor to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure — You have the right to request that Fragmentor erases your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing — You have the right to request that Fragmentor restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing — You have the right to object to Fragmentor's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability — You have the right to request that Fragmentor transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
We keep your data for at least one year, counting from the time we collected the data. You may request to remove your data earlier if you so wish, as per your rights above. However, we remain entitled to restrict access to certain areas of our site if the data we can use from you is insufficient to provide the service.
